Refund Policy

Returning a product for a refund

Should you wish to return your product for a refund AirconHyper will do so, subject to the following conditions:

In order to qualify for a refund product packaging must remain unopened, in the original packaging, with the original seals, labels and stickers undamaged and the box in good condition. All accessories, parts and manuals must be returned with the product.

On receipt of the product at our warehouse we will conduct an inspection to verify the condition of the product before it can be accepted for refund. Should your product be in acceptable condition, AirconHyper will refund you within 14 days of receipt of the returned item at our warehouse.

Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for return/refund.

At AirconHyper’s discretion and within 7 days of receipt of the product, you must email orders@airconhyper.com to log the refund. Your return will be subject to the following fees:

• The cost of collection by AirconHyper’s courier
• A administrative fee of R 300.00

Should you wish to return the product more than 7 days after receipt/delivery, it is at AirconHyper’s discretion to accept the return.  If accepted the following fees will be applicable:

• A handling fee of 8%
• The cost of collection by AirconHyper’s courier
• A administrative fee of R 300.00

Should you have purchased an installation, the cancellation of this will be charged at our standard rates.

Any spares or stand-alone accessories will not be accepted for exchange or return/refund.

Should you wish to cancel your order once payment is made and your order is confirmed, a 4% admin fee will apply. This being if the product/products are in stock and ready to be shipped. If a product is not in stock from the supplier, a refund will be made and no admin fee charged.

Damaged or Defective Products

All defective/damaged products are subject to the manufactures warranty terms and conditions.

All damaged or defective goods are eligible for exchange subject to confirmation of damage or defect by AirconHyper.  If a suitable replacement product is not available, at AirconHyper’s discretion a refund may take place.

Warranty and Guarantee

All products sold by AirconHyper are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and guarantee terms and conditions. 

AirconHyper’s workmanship warranty is as follows:

• 1 year on all installations
• 3 months on all services and repairs

These warranties and guarantees are subject to the product being serviced regularly and operation within the manufacturer’s operating conditions. 

Third party repairs, services or maintenance to the product will void the warranty and guarantee.

 All products require regular/annual maintenance to ensure the validity of the warranty.
